To provide leadership to the Membership Team through coaching, skill development and modeling service excellence. Ensure all members and participants are receiving high quality customer service through accurate communications and follow up. Responsible for all sales activities, developing and implementing agreed upon annual budget plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
Completion of college or university or 3 years related experience
Supervisory experience in a Recreational environment
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
CLASS knowledge considered as asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
Current Standard First Aid (Level C) and CPR Certification
Current Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Sector)
Initial duties will be mainly comprised of preparing and cleaning job sites and performing demolition work. Other duties eventually may include installing and repairing roofs, setting up scaffolding, framing, exterior siding, vinyl, some carpentry and finishing carpentry and may be called upon to perform any duties related to property restoration.
