. Handle accounts payable as required.
. Handle accounts receivable as required.
. Review time sheets and invoices
. Order office supplies
. Process mail daily
. Ensure WSIB sub-contractor clearance certificates are current.
. Review staff generated documents
. Post Secondary education in administration or equivalent work experience.
. Knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and accounting software.
. Superior time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
