A Typical Day Would Look Like:
-Managing incoming calls, ask the right questions, track mail and packages, provide information, and help order Canada Post products and services and products philatelic
-Aim for the resolution on the first call and answer customer questions by tracking them in the System and explaining the post-return process and timeframe to the customer
-Launch surveys and create requests, if they client’s requests cannot be answer during the call, determine the priority level
-Ensure the confidential information is not request or disclosed without proper customer content and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Qualifications Required:
-Minimum of 18 years of age
-Fully fluent in English and French
-Flexibility to work various shifts within our hours of operation (7am to 12 am Monday to Sunday)
-Possess good working knowledge with computers and computer applications
-Possess a good attention to detail, adaptable, and dependable
-Possess individual integrity, enjoy cooperation and achievement and have concern for others
-Ability to work independently in a virtual environment where you work remotely with coworkers and supervisors from the comfort of your home
-Quiet, secure, distraction free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work time (Conflicting responsibilities may include caring for a family member or pet)
-Have DSL, Fiber or Cable modem that can be wired through an Ethernet cable into the computer sent by company (Wifi Connections are not compatible with devices – dial up, wireless, mobile hotspot and satellite services cannot be used)
-Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and Upload speed of 5 Mpbs
