Prep work, on the line cooking, frying items, dicing and chopping, dishes, stocking and unloading product, cleaning kitchen.
Will be hiring for prep cooks, line cooks and salad and pizza cooks.
Presentable, motivated, good organizational skills, hard working, experience an asset only, team player–gets along well with others.—must have some kitchen experience to refer
Skills to be acquired: clients will gain valuable skills as an introduction to the restaurant business—client will learn teamwork in a kitchen environment as well as organizational skills, and prioritizing.
Training approach: Client will be trained on the job in a roadhouse style kitchen environment–client will receive one-on-one training from head cook and from other more experienced staff members–client will be trained on dishes, line cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
