Office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office
Handling incoming phone calls and other communications
Greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
Qualifications:
-Reliable and hardworking and able to follow direction well
-Strong observation and time management skills
-Knowledge of Excel and MUST have knowledge of Quickbooks
Must have previous office/receptionist experience
