Duties
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience
– Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
