Full-time, long-term position. Must have minimum 5 years experience. Pays $40,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
Working one-on-one with business clients in and around North Bay and surrounding area.
Helping clients with their technical issues and keeping detailed notes about what was done whether over the phone, remote support tools, or on-site.
Set up servers and desktops, as well as install applications, and migrate client data ensuring they’re comfortable with the new environment.
Troubleshooting Windows 7+, Windows Server 2008+, and network issues.
Configure routers, switches, printers and phone equipment.
Ensure client networks and computers are secure at all times.
Stay current with new and emerging technologies.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Prepare purchase orders for equipment as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Extensive knowledge of networks, desktop and server support along with exemplary customer service is crucial. Additionally, accuracy, determination and ability to work under deadlines are essential.
