Job Summary/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus and assist with any questions or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with taking to-go orders and packaging them properly
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and resolve any issues promptly
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
