The Youth Employment Pathways program provides customized, one on one assistance to young people (ages 15-30), focusing on stabilization, life skills and the process of preparing, pursuing, and gaining meaningful employment and/or education. Collaborating with community partners, our Youth Outreach Coordinator and Employment Consultant will develop a person-centred action plan that can include appointment support, employability workshops, job placements, coaching and more.
