Successful candidate would begin as a cook with kitchen logistics tasks and eventually trained into a full manager position including scheduling and staff management duties.
Initial Duties;
– Cooking, sauce and vegetable preparation
– Line cooking duties
– Taking orders both in person and over phone
– Receiving inventory and stocking fridges/storage area/pantry
– Creating requisition lists for ordering
– Creating new menu ideas
– Washing/sanitizing dishes
– Removing garbage
– Previous kitchen experience MANDATORY
– Must be able to lift up to 10Kg bags
– Must be able to work standing for up to 8 hours
– Safe Food Handling Certificate
