Responsibilities
The responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Sales and Marketing:
.Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility.
.Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses to drive sales opportunities.
.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
Financial Management:
.Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
.Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
.Conduct regular financial analysis and present insights to the leadership team.
Operational Efficiency:
.Streamline and optimize lodge operations to enhance overall efficiency.
.Implement best practices to improve guest satisfaction and experience.
.Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination between sales, restaurant, accommodations, and staff management.
Staff Management:
.Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.
.Conduct regular staff meetings, provide ongoing training, and address any performance issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
.Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve individual and collective goals.

.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Experience:
.Ensure high standards of service in accommodations and the restaurant to exceed guest expectations.
.Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
.Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar lodge or hospitality environment.
.Track record of successfully increasing sales, reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and managing staff effectively
.Strong financial acumen with knowledge of accounting principles.
.Excellent leadership, and team management skills including communication, and interpersonal skills.
.Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to drive business success.
.Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
.Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in hospitality management.
.A genuine appreciation for the natural beauty and outdoor experiences that Northern Ontario has to offer to provide what matters to our customers who enjoy snowmobiling and ATV trips to drive sales and unmatched experiences.
