Prep Cooks-Perform all duties in relation to food preparation which would include peeling, cleaning and cutting vegetables, stocking product
Servers-Must have Smart Serve and must have experience in a busy high volume restaurant
Bartenders-Must have Smart Serve and must have experience in a busy high volume restaurant
Previous experience in a very fast-paced high volume restaurant is REQUIRED for all positions (do not send resumes if candidates do not have this, as Casey’s has indicated that they are not interested if an applicant does not have previous experience in a busy high volume restaurant), multi-task and be able to handle the heat. Variable shifts including weekends. Very dependable, punctual and hardworking.
SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED:
Client will learn to multi-task and be flexible. They will be introduced to all areas of the kitchen, prep-work to some cooking. Client will learn to use the deep fryer and the grill
TRAINING APPROACH:
Client will be trained one on one with verbal and demonstration training. The client will be introduced to the policies and procedures of the Restaurant. The client will then be encouraged to learn the menu. . Client will then be shown the duties included in prep work and some independent cooking.
Both full-time and part-time positions available
Must be available for all shifts
