Seeking an individual who has excellent communication & customer service experience. Punctuality, Time Management, Computer Literacy & Self Sufficiency are characteristics that are important for the position.
The position entails:
-Answering service department phone calls and helping the customer with their concerns , and /or make a necessary appointment.
-Filing
-Performing follow up phone calls after a service dept. visit
-performing reminder phone calls for upcoming appointments
– eventually be a back up person in parts department
-attention to detail is a must, customer service experience a must, good communication skills a must.
Need qualifications of: exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, great communication skills, computer experience, able to work unsupervised
Complete computer based Nissan specific training (primarily customer service based)
