Job description:
. General laborer tasks associated with cladding construction
. High degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety, his/her own and other workers
. Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
. Prep sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
. Assist skilled laborer when necessary
. Load and unload construction materials
. Follow instruction from supervisors
. Ready to learn on-the-job training when necessary
. Perform site clean up
Requirements
. 1 year of experience in commercial cladding installation
. High degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety, his/her own and other workers
. Know all OHSA construction jobsite requirements
. Know and understand building and construction methods, materials and tools
. Ability to work in all weather conditions
. Ability to travel with designated crew and supervisor to various locations out of town for runs (up to 11-day intervals)
. Must be dependable and punctual
. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
. Ability to lift 50-100lbs
. Working at Heights certificate an asset
. Elevated Work Platform certificate an asset
. Be at least 18 years of age
Driver’s License an asset
. Criminal Record Check – Level 2
