Duties could include:
-Assembling mechanical components or machine parts
-Adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance
-Repair or replace broken door parts with hand tools
-Install hardware or other interior fixtures
-Lubricate equipment to allow for proper functioning
-Document operational services
-Collect payments for goods and services
-All other trained and assigned duties as required
Qualifications
-Valid driver’s license – Full G is preferred but not required, clean driver’s abstract
-Able to work full-time hours
-Must be comfortable with Working at Heights; Working at Heights certification preferred but not mandatory to apply to position as employer will pay for it after probationary period
-Must be a quick and efficient learner
-Be dependable and punctual and demonstrate a willingness to learn
-Experience is an asset but willing to train the right individual
-Able to take and carry out direction
-Possession of Safety Boots
