A full time person who is very well organized and ability to multitask, customer service experience, friendly telephone manner that reflects our company’s family-like feel, computer literate, that works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
The service adviser’s most important duty is customer service. Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center.
Listen to their concerns and their requirements, then prepares orders that describe the problem, the potential fixes needed, the time it takes to complete the repair and the estimated cost, broken down by labor and parts. Oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling.
Advisers must be able to diagnose problems based on what the customer initially tells them and by asking the right questions. Excellent communication with mechanics, customers and management.
Finally, the service advisor handles any complaints the customer may have and makes sure they are satisfied with the service.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE DEPT. , Other duties as assigned by management.
Hourly wage will be discussed based on experience.
*Must be able to attend at least 2 days of training at the Sudbury location
