We are looking to fill multiple positions on our walkway crews. No experience required. We are willing to train the right people, however, the ideal candidate(s) will have zero turn/stand on mower experience and be able to pull an enclosed trailer. We are willing to pay for this experience.
You will be expected to clear commercial walkways using shovels, snow throwers, Ventrac SSV’s with broom/blade/blower attachments and salt/sand. Shifts begin overnight and can sometimes go well into the day. We provide machines to help with fatigue, but this job requires a serious commitment.
Class G License with driver’s abstract and copy of drivers license submitted with resume
We offer benefits(dental, medicals etc) after 3 months of full time employment.

.Interpret welding process specifications
.Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
.Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
.Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
.Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
.Computer-aided design (CAD)
.Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
.Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
.Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC)
.Determine weldability of materials
.Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
.Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products

Handling and organizing materials – within the shop and outdoors as required
Performing housekeeping duties
Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools i.e. Drills, Disc Grinders, air tools etc.
Operate computer numeric controlled equipment (CNC), as described in company procedures i.e. metal cutting saws, cutting torches, drills, plasma table, plate shear, etc.
Operate material handling equipment i.e. fork lifts, cranes, pallet jacks.
Perform work safely and follow established work procedures.
To not abuse equipment and report equipment that requires servicing or repair.
Perform general tasks as assigned by a Supervisor.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Knowledge and respect of shop safety procedures.
Able to perform physically demanding work.
Ability to communicate orally.
Ability to work in cold/winter environments.
